Testing season is upon us and I hope you'll take the time to watch a brief video message Mr. Ellebracht and I created.
Also, here's some information regarding upcoming testing at MHS. This letter went out to all parents.

Parents and
Guardians,
Over the next
few weeks, we will be conducting very important assessments at Mexico High
School. These include state mandated
tests known as End-of-Course Exams (EOCs), Advanced Placement Exams (AP) and our
course finals. During this time, it is
very important that our students come to school ready to perform well and that
we have very few interruptions in the school schedule. We need your help to ensure we have the best
reflection of learning on our state and final assessments.
1.
Check
the schedule below and find when your son or daughter may be taking a
test. Please ensure they are at school
on time and that their tests are not interrupted by leaving school for
non-emergency reasons. Traffic in and
out of the building will be limited.
**Please note: If an EOC test is interrupted and a student cannot
complete the exam, they will log out of the test and receive whatever score
they have at the time of the interruption.

Please
encourage your son or daughter to get plenty of rest, eat well and stay
hydrated properly, especially during this period. We strongly encourage all
students to have a curfew enforced by their parents at this time of 10 pm.
If you have
any questions your student can’t answer, please contact us at the high school.
Thank you for your support of Mexico High School and all of our students. We
have the best college and career readiness campus in the state.
Sincerely,
Dr. Terry Robinson
Principal
Mexico High School
